About the role
Lilo Social, a full-funnel digital growth agency, delivers best-in-class paid media and creative services for a wide range of eCommerce brands. We’re looking for a Performance Media Buyer with deep experience driving business growth
for early-stage startups. In this role, you’ll be a part of a small but growing team and help scale some of the most promising direct to consumer brands.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate their strong understanding of the latest digital trends and emerging technologies in the paid media space.
- 3-4 years of agency experience within paid social, eCommerce, and Google Ad products.
- A direct response background focused on profitbale ROAS
- Strong direct-response background and experience with media planning, creative, and analysis.
- High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- A passionate, tireless drive to succeed with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Data oriented and focused on driving decisions based on an analytical approach.
- Prior client-facing experience is a bonus
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads
- Provide and execute client service including media planning, media strategy, campaign creation, optimization, reporting and insights discovery on the major paid advertising platforms to drive new user acquisition.
- Work with the internal team to define a creative and media roadmap and analysis of KPIs to boost performance to scale revenues fast.
- Defining and storyboarding creatives that are needed as part of the larger media mix, and work with our internal designers to execute on.
- Brainstorm and execute new ways to improve cost per acquisition and revenue numbers that focus largely on the Google platform (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), as well as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, AdStage, Google Data Studio, Databox, etc. to develop insights and action items intended to increase our clients’ revenues.
