To help launch Foot Locker's new brand House of Hoops account on Instagram, we created a playable ad to feature new shoe releases for NBA All-Star Weekend and drive traffic to grow their Instagram account.

"Catchin' Kicks" Playable Ad

We created the Catchin' Kicks, a playable ad, to help Foot Locker make a splash for their new brand House of Hoops and associated shoe drops during NBA All-Star weekend. The game was designed to give the feel for the leading release of the Galaxy Foamposites, creating an outer space look and feel. We also designed and illustrated all five of the exclusive shoe drops.

The game allowed users to catch falling shoes from space into their House of Hoops branded shoe box. Each of the shoes had different point values based on how exclusive the shoe was. After the game, we used the end card to drive traffic to the House of Hoops Instagram to grow their following and with the secondary goal of getting more eyes on exclusive content created for All-Star Weekend.
