Lilo Social is hiring a full-time creative strategist to help lead creative direction for paid social ad placements, emails, and landing pages.

The main focus of this role is to lead creative direction, outline storyboards, and write messaging for paid social and other digital ad placements. In this role, you’ll be a part of a fast-growing team and help scale some of the most promising direct-to-consumer brands. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of performance marketing for direct-to-consumer brands, how to structure a customer journey from awareness to purchase, and is looking to own responsibility for creative performance across clients that range from early-stage startups to growing brands.
Our number one focus is to drive growth and ROI for our clients. You will be expected to manage needs internally while providing insight and roadmaps for clients on where and how to scale through creative. You will use your experience to make decisions and make choices of risks worth testing in order to drive growth. You will be in charge of driving constant team and client communication to make sure that the account has a sense of urgency to find creative winners and scale budgets whenever possible.
