Associate Creative Strategist

The Position

The main focus of this role is to support the creative team by working closely with upper management to strategize and then complete storyboards and write messaging for paid social ads. In this role, you’ll be a part of a fast-growing team and help scale some of the most promising direct-to-consumer brands. The ideal candidate has had some understanding and or experience in performance marketing for direct-to-consumer brands.

Our number one focus is to drive growth and ROI for our clients. As a junior creative strategist your job is to help to push this goal forward while continuing to learn, improve, and elevate your own personal skill set and understanding of creative strategy.

Required Skills

• Past Experience with Facebook Ads Manager/Creative Strategy or Facebook Blueprint Certification
• Experience working with a designer or design teams
• Data oriented thinking to understand how certain metrics impact performance and how to act upon data when things are and are not working
• Attention to detail to provide thorough and error free creative
• Experience with social media content creation and digital advertising
• Strong copywriting skills to deepen brand stories and creatives

Responsibilities

• Join brainstorm sessions to help ideate hypothesis that drive our structured creative testing process
• Write informed briefs for the internal design team to execute on performance driven creative for paid social advertising
• Write amazing ad copy and headlines across paid ads
• Ad Quality Control (Spelling, Grammar, Copy, Offer Strategy, and Meeting Facilitation)
• Create decks for UGC content shoots
• Find and manage content creator relationships
