Paid Social Media Buyer

Lilo Social is hiring a full-time paid social media buyer to strategize and optimize Facebook ad accounts to increase new customer acquisition.



The Position

The main focus of this role is to strategize, manage, and optimize our client’s Facebook Accounts. You’ll launch and manage campaigns, keep a close eye on budgets and bidding strategies, and conduct frequent A/B testing to gather data across ads and landing pages. The core focus is to scale accounts, with the focus on client ROAS goals.

Our number one focus is to drive growth and ROI for our clients. You will be expected to manage needs internally while providing insight and roadmaps for clients on where and how to scale. You will use your experience to make decisions and make choices of risks worth testing in order to drive growth. You will be in charge of driving constant team and client communication to make sure that the account has a sense of urgency to find winners and scale budgets whenever possible.

Required Skills

  • Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands across paid social channels
  • Data-driven with a experience in utilizing advanced data analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth
  • Quick and thoughtful execution of Facebook Ads by writing compelling copy, error-free building of ads, and troubleshooting account performance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team
  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm demeanor and positive attitude


  • Quick and thoughtful execution of Facebook Ads by writing compelling copy, error-free building of ads, and troubleshooting account performance
  • Management of campaign budgets using a data-driven approach with a consumer-first focus
  • Have the confidence to scaling and optimizing paid social ad accounts
  • Understanding and awareness of what is going on in accounts at all times and ability to pinpoint potential problems and solutions
  • Seamlessly build ad account structures in line with Lilo best practices. This includes having structures that are backed by solid reasoning, follow naming conventions, and aim to test and/or scale a specific strategy
  • Maintain an understanding of success as it relates to client needs
  • Lead client reporting for your paid social accounts
  • Collaborate with other Lilo team members on optimization techniques and scaling strategies across ad accounts to understand what is happening in accounts across the company and be able to apply these learnings to your own ad accounts
  • Working with the creative team to ideate on creative concepts based on past best performing sales and promotions
