Paid Social Media Buyer

As a Paid Social Media Buyer at Lilo Social, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns for a portfolio of DTC eCommerce clients. What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent month-over-month ROAS improvement across your client portfolio through strategic testing and optimization
  • High client satisfaction and retention driven by proactive communication, strategic insights, and measurable revenue growth
  • Efficient creative testing roadmaps that quickly identify winning concepts and scale budgets profitably
  • Strong collaboration with creative strategists, designers, and project managers to maintain velocity and quality across all accounts

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok platforms for multiple client accounts
  • Manage daily campaign budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to meet client revenue and ROAS targets
  • Conduct frequent A/B testing across audiences, placements, creative formats, and messaging to identify scalable opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with creative strategists and designers to provide performance feedback on ad creative and develop testing hypotheses
  • Build and refine audience segments using Meta’s targeting capabilities, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest-based targeting
  • Monitor and troubleshoot pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution to ensure accurate performance measurement
  • Prepare and present weekly or bi-weekly performance reports to clients, highlighting wins, learnings, and strategic next steps
  • Maintain constant communication with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and campaign objectives
  • Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics
  • Stay current on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices across Meta, TikTok, and emerging social platforms
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure error-free campaign launches and ad copy accuracy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid social media buying experience, with a proven track record managing Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram advertising)
  • Demonstrated experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50,000 or more for direct-to-consumer or eCommerce brands
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
  • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, events, custom conversions)
  • Experience developing and executing creative testing methodologies, including structured A/B testing frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain quality while working at high velocity

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, or Pinterest Ads platforms
  • Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Rockerbox
  • Meta Blueprint certification or other relevant platform certifications
  • Experience with Google Ads or other paid media channels to support integrated campaign strategies
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or experience working with retention marketing strategies
