Frequently asked questions
Who is responsible for briefing the creative?
The Lilo team offers a creative strategy service and a strategist will be assigned to develop creative concepts and ensure the timely delivery of all assets.
What is an active brief?
An active brief refers to a design or video currently being worked on by the creative team. Lilo can work on multiple briefs, but will only work on two or three at a time. Once an active brief is completed, the team will move to the next task in order of priority.
Can my creative team work on multiple asset types simultaneously?
Designers and video editors can handle various types of assets during the engagement. However, the number of assets being worked on concurrently will depend on the service tier you select.
How often do I meet with my creative team?
We start all engagements with an onboarding questionnaire as well as a kickoff call to discuss brand initiatives, positioning, and goals. After that, clients meet with the creative team monthly. Ongoing communication is maintained through Slack.
How do I provide feedback?
Clients are given access to Figma and Ziflow for commenting and providing feedback directly to the creative team. Slack is also used for constant communication, feedback, and discussions.
Where does the creative team get assets?
Clients share all necessary assets through a Google Drive folder provided during the onboarding process.
Can I repurpose designs for other uses?
Yes, clients retain full rights to use all designs and videos developed by our creative team for any purpose.
